She doesnt even confront him about it after he was gone every night spending time with the woman at a sex drug party for weeks? What kind of wife is she?
It doesnt matter how much he is obsessed with the heroin, which he doesnt seem to be that obsessed. he is too dirty to be a hero in a TL. Plus, it does not make sense when he has other people working for him. He could have one of them to do what he did, easily. Maybe he enjoys doing it. Who knows. The book does not go into details about the future or how the heroin really feels about it. It seems like the hero hasnt quit the job. I dont get it as to why the author chose this as “the secret”. Too bad because i enjoyed another book written by the author.

Annoying heroin

Sorry. I wanted to like the book, but i couldnt. Nothing was really special. The heroin plays a nice, dumb girl. The hero has to save the dumb girl who wants to be nice even to someone that abducted her like yesterday. Then, the dumb girl gets abducted again, and the hero has to save her again…...続きを読むWhen he fights for the dumb girl, she keeps on screaming “ did you kill them?” Hello? Why do you worry about the people that abducted you to kill you and your hero? This kind of plot may suit some audience, but i cant take it. I got so annoyed while reading this book. I also think it is a failed attempt for a fantasy TL.

Sweet

There isnt much conflict or drama. There is a lot of H scenes. Haha. It has a feel of a butler/princess story to it although the hero isnt a butler.

For me, this is a textbook-like TL. I am not saying this is extremely good, but it has all the aspects as a enjoyable TL for me.

I can’t really like the book. The heroin forced a second wife to the hero, which is stupid. She constantly played a victim and a loser for the first two years of her marriage. It does not make sense. Then, later on, she gives advice on romance to other people? Who is this? Obviously, this is not the same heroin portrayed in the beginning of the book. In my opinion, the author did not do a good job on forming the heroin’s characteristics.
Plus, the book says that the hero was angry about the second wife. Then, why didnt he send her back before he sleeps with her? Maybe he wanted to sleep with the new wife? Then, he is a failed hero in a TL. Yes, the hero is obsessed with the heroin. But, he still had H with the second wife, and he whispered and touched her very gently, and he gave a fantastic time to the second wife. Does any TL reader want to see this? Not me, sorry.
In my opinion, the second wife was not needed for the story. I dont understand the author in this regard. Only reason I gave two stars rather than ONE star is because the obsession that the hero has for the heroin

Sorry. This book is getting annoying with repeated appearances of past women. Plus, the heroin lacks self confidence, and it is getting to be annoying. In the earlier episodes, i thought the heroin was cute(i am not only talking about her physical appearance). Now she does not come off as cute...続きを読む anymore. She cannot say anything to her own husband. The husband does not say anything important, and they only do H. Yes yes, this book needs h scenes but the imbalance between their physical relationship and emotional relationship has too big of a gap. And the gap is just getting bigger.

Annoying

I’m getting tired of all these women issues and how the heroin doesnt even ask her husband about them. Also, it is stupid of her sitting there and listening to another woman talking about her husband’s private part. It is rude for anyone talking about the other person’s boyfriend/husband’ privat...続きを読むe part. Why cannot the heroin snap back at the rude exgirlfriend?? No wife needs to be generous about her husband’s women problems. Doing h does not solve anything, yet the heroin thinks everything is ok because the hero does h a lot with her. It is just so frustrating, and the heroin is portrayed more stupid every episode.
Plus, why can’t the author keep the stoey interesting without all these women issues? What is the odd that the wife’s highschool senpei is her husband’s exgirlfriend? What is the odd they end up at the same hotel on the same day? What is the odd they end up at the same restaurant at the same time? These are unrealistic forced events that are just annoying. If any writer cannot make the story interesting without making these cliches, the book only will go down from there. Sorry i am just upset because I liked the earlier episodes and the base plot of the book.

there is a lot of sm scenes, but there is only one xxx scene at the very end. Even that scene did not come off sexy. It was a painful first experience for the heroin…Then, the next scene is where the heroin is pregnant.. then the book ends.

I would have given one star for how much i did not enjoy but the author’s writing style seems nice. So i give 3 stars.

Nice drawings!

I love the drawing art by Tsubasa san! I love everything about it, but particularly, male characters are beautiful. Their neck lines, shoulder blades and the muscle tones are so nicely done. The face expressions are also very beautiful. Everything is to my liking!

I couldn’t like the heroin, the queen. She has no self- esteem, no self-identity. She is not wise. She is not smart, yet she is stubborn. She yells at the hero all the time. She does not even trust him. She is just too weak and immature as a queen character.

Why does the heroin to be that stupid and pretend to be a good girl all the time? It was so annoying. I could not wait to reach the end of the book.

Not sexy

This is one of those TLs that are not sexy. There are h scenes, but they seem fake and cold. Sorry.
The basic plot was sort of interesting and unique though. It is too bad that the story was not fully developed.

The hero is so sweet. I give him 10/10 while the heroin gets 5/10. The heroin is not so smart, yet she is stubborn. But, at least she is beautiful. I guess that is good enough. The plot isnt so perfect, but i give it 4 stars only because the hero is sweet- it is just my humble opinion.

Why didnt the hero say No to the secretary when she asked for a hug?? This hero has a problem. He lets other women flirt with him instead of drawing a line. Plus, now he gets angry with his wife when she shows her discomfort about his women issues. Why do they even stay married at this point? He can live alone and flirt with all the women he wants, and she doesnt need the hero since he is never home anyway. They are supposed to be married for love bases on the story, but the author keeps on failing to show that. Im just so sick of this pattern with an endless women problems that the hero does not handle very well. No wife will accept his behaviors with other women he has shown so far. Maybe this is my last purchase. Shame.

First, I like this author and her writing in general. But this book was lacking- maybe this is one of her earlier books.

She should have tortured him over a jealousy or something,,, he also has a past love that hurt him, but he doesnt even explain about it to her in the book. He also runs into the exgirlfriend and thinks she is still beautiful as a goddess… The heroin is too easy for the hero, He got her with no effort. With that said, it was too boring. There is too much H and not enough tension.

I like this author’s writing style, but the plot in this book was lacking a bit - i think the author could have done better based on what i have read in other books by this author.

The drawings are beautiful, and the story is touching. The hero loves the heroin so much. And i love the hero hahaha. I dont really care for yakuza stories, but this one was really not deep in that regard. It is a short story, so it is an easy read. Also the h scenes are nicely done too.

Obsession or?

I enjoyed the book. I am not sure if it was love or obsession between the hero and the heroin.
It is very sexy, and there is a lot of h scenes. However, there is more to it than h. The book is surprisingly well written, imo.

There is a certain amount of vagueness as to when the hero's feelings started. I still couldnt tell. Maybe i couldnt understand Japanese well enough to grab the subtlety.
They also dont say love during the entirety till the end of the story. Anyway, i enjoyed it!

I am not really into this kind of fantasy/ historical manga, but i am so glad i read it. The tension and the drawings are so perfect that I actually got teary eyes. 🥹

If this evil woman did not ask for a ride, he would have been alive and well.
The character that I despise the most is the hero's coworker/ the evil woman who was the culprit of the tragedy. She never feels guilty even to the end for many troubles she caused - truly an evil person. She was so jealous of the heroin because the heroin looked happy. Anyhow, I think this one is my most favorite among this author's books that i have read so far. At least there is love in the mess, and all three guys did the best they could think of in the own ways.

Not so great

This is my 2nd book by this author, and both of them have weird endings.
The hero slept at another girl’s place all night, and although he didnt do h with her, they were hugging all night. Why?. As he said, he cheated on the heroin. He had all night to think about the heroin while hugging the othe...続きを読むr girl. He could have left and gone home. He chose to stay with her and to hold her in his arms all night. In reality, this proves that the hero does not love the heroin anymore. I do not appreciate a forced happy ending after a cheating incident. Although it is a fictional manga, human psychology should contain a certain amount of reality. Cheating breaks a relationship forever. There cannot be a happy ending like the ending in the book.

The ending is a bit strange. Im not sure if the guy really had to get ill in this story at the end. It was so sudden.

Nice drawings and good story for a short piece!

I love the author’s mangas including his/her drawing styles and the way the stories develop. Even in this short piece that seemingly is his/her earlier piece, the story is well bloomed.

Who is the heroin? Noa or Shinobu?? I am sick and tired of seeing Shinobu's one-way loyalty and love toward Aki. Shinobu is just a highschool girl who is still young. What made me start this book was Nodame. What made me to like this book was the little episodes related to Shinobu and her encounters with ge ms. I still love those little episodes involving Shinobu's encounters with other people and gems. What made me hate this book is the mediocre mystery about Aki's family and the face diamonds as well as the author's love toward Noa. Noa appears to be more attractive and loved by the hero whether it is intended or not. From some time ago, Shinobu does not portrayed as a character that is good enough as a heroin. Plus, i do not understand how all these characters sacrifice their life for the hero. In Nodame, there was the musical talent that bounded other people toward the hero, but what does Aki have?? The look ? A lot of things are similar as Nodame but nothing is good enough, and the author seems to be too ambitious.

I love the drawing style of this author. Every story in this book was enjoyable!
