I've often seen Megumi Kanzaki in magazines and was always intrigued by her. Recently, I read her book for the first time and was captivated by her unique perspective on beauty and life.
Kanzaki encourages women to embrace their own "distorted" beauty, which is what makes them unique and special. She argues that being "mass-produced" is not the goal, and that it's more important to be polished and well-groomed. This message resonated deeply with me, as I believe that everyone has their own individual beauty that should be celebrated.
Another concept that I found particularly inspiring was "ikigokochi," which loosely translates to "a sense of comfort and well-being in life." Kanzaki emphasizes the importance of finding your "ikigokochi" and living authentically. This resonated with me because I believe that true happiness comes from being true to yourself.
Overall, reading Megumi Kanzaki's book was a truly inspiring experience. It encouraged me to embrace my own unique beauty, strive for "ikig心地," and never stop working on myself. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
