I would recommend this to any Japanese learners that have JLPT N3 or higher. There is furigana available throughout. The kanji that are used are mostly N3 (some N2) but the vocabulary and grammar are not especially complex.
The art is excellent, there's a good amount of humor, and the heroine is a likable character.
日本語勉強してる人に日本語能力検定試験N3以上取ったらこのシリーズをおすすめです。 本全体にふりがながあります。本の中の漢字はほとんどN3ですがときどきN2の漢字もあるけど言葉と文法は特に複雑じゃない。
アートは素晴らしく、ユーモアも豊富で、ヒロインは特に好感の持てるキャラクターです。
