本書は特にビジネスシーンで、言い負かされないための英語表現集です。例えば、
相手のふっかけに対しては、

相手の話を遮り、さらに相手を追求する場合、

強く説明を求める場合
How do you explain that?
本書に掲載された、お互いのやり取りを想定した40のダイアログ(問答)も使えそう。特に、「値引きを拒否」「上司の責任転嫁に文句を言う」「部下の不正への対処」「設備の更新を要求する」などの会話例は名詞を変えればそのまま実社会でも応用可能なスグレモノ。
英語力不足で、ネイティブの理不尽さに泣き寝入りしない為にも有用なテキストです。 -
